1. General provisions

This Policy sets out how the personal data of individuals (hereinafter, “data subjects”) who provide their data through the humancapital.uz website is processed and protected. It has been developed in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On Personal Data” No. ZRU-547.

By submitting data on the website and ticking the consent box, the data subject agrees to its processing on the terms of this Policy.

2. What data we process

• when applying for a vacancy: name, phone, email, city, information about experience and skills, CV file;
• when submitting a request: name, phone, email, company name, message text;
• technical data: the page the form was sent from, interface language, date and time of the request.

3. Purposes of processing

• reviewing candidates and contacting them about employment;
• processing service requests and communicating with potential clients;
• maintaining internal recruitment (ATS) and customer relationship (CRM) systems.

4. Legal basis

Processing is carried out on the basis of the data subject’s consent, expressed by ticking the corresponding box in the form on the website, and in other cases provided for by the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

5. Transfer and storage

Data is stored and processed in secure services used by the operator for recruitment and request management. Only authorised employees of the operator have access to the data. CVs are kept in secure storage and are not published openly.

The public talent pool on the website contains only anonymised information (field, industry, city, age, experience, profile summary) and only with the data subject’s separate consent to publication. Full names, contacts and other identifying data are not shown publicly.

Data is stored for as long as necessary for the purposes of processing or until the data subject withdraws consent.

6. Rights of the data subject

• to receive information about the processing of their data;
• to request correction, blocking or deletion of their data;
• to withdraw consent to processing at any time.

7. Changes to the policy

The operator may amend this Policy. The current version is published on this page.
