Before starting the search, our team analyzes the market, studies the vacancy, and adjustments can be made to the request in agreement with the client.

The vacancy is published on specialized channels to attract passive candidates. At the same time, the recruitment manager begins actively searching for candidates.

Screening
Initial resume screening.

Candidate evaluation for compliance with the request and creating a candidate profile.

Candidate referral.
Candidate referral to the client and meeting coordination.

Feedback
Feedback from the client and candidate regarding the interview. If necessary, we also gather feedback from the candidate's previous employers.

The Job Offer is prepared and agreed upon with the client.

Communication during the adaptation period
The recruitment manager closely contacts the candidate and the client during the first week. They gather feedback and provide recommendations to the client regarding the new employee's performance.
